I had my German Shepherd dog for 13 years and earlier this year, his back legs had finally given up. This was an extremely distressing time for me because I knew that he would need to be euthanised and he detested going to a vet. In my distress I called the vet and spoke to Costi about my dilemma. Costi was such a kind and calming person and assured me that he would come to my house in order to perform this distressing task. Costi did not rush me into making my final decision but advised me that I should take my time and contemplate what I had decided. A few days later I called Costi and authorised this process to commence. Costi came to my house and made me feel very relaxed. He did not rush the process, which helped immensely. I cannot speak highly enough of Costi, he clearly has a genuine love for animals and fully understands the pain and distress that one encounters when losing a ‘best friend’. My dog passed away in the best possible way, in the best possible surroundings and completely painlessly. Thank you Costi Michael.

The best vet experience we’ve had!! Would give more stars if I could✨ Buddy had been unwell for a week despite visits to other vets and even an emergency vet on Sunday night. We were told that he was okay and nothing was wrong with him, however Buddy was getting progressively worse. We had heard about Costi from recommendations of our friends, so the morning Buddy got to his worst, we knew we had to act fast. We called Costi at 7AM and within 15 mins he was at our home. He was so kind, caring and loving to our Buds. He prescribed antibiotics (we knew he needed them as he was really unwell and nothing was helping, he was just getting worse throughout the week) and gave us food recommendations to help with Buddy’s sensitive stomach. Costi even came to see Buds a few days later to see how he was getting on. Buddy is now on the mend and has been doing so much better since we have taken onboard Costi’s recommendations. One happy boy 🐶 and two happy parents✨ 🙏

What can we say about Costi and Eva< we have been very impressed with their dedication and care of our beloved Mia, during the last few weeks of her life , we would recommend them to any one who prefers a home visit rather than a trip to the Vets and know that they would get top class treatment and care for their pets. Highly recommend VetsCarePets- Home visits, exceptional vet and professional service. Took great care of my cat Cloud’s well-being and health on a home visit. Built a strong relationship with Cloud, trust is key as Cloud was a stray who reacts better by having home visits in safe hands.

Eva and Costa are down to earth, both have a calming nature and explain things throughly. But most importantly, they show a true; genuine love towards our Marley! They are compassionate, professional and truly dedicated in providing the best quality of care! They define what a vet is, moreover, what a vet should be! The first consultation wasn’t rushed or overlooked. We felt a massive weight lifted off of our shoulders. Never been one to write a review but I’ve always been one to read them. Here are some key qualities regarding VetsCarePets: •Time- nothing is rushed, no more 10 minute appointments!! Both Costa and Eva will stay as long as they need to. •Money- the mobile call out fee is totally acceptable! Worth every penny. Prices are extremely reasonable too!!! •Always on call- we can call/text with any worries or concerns regarding our border collie and they’ll soon be answered. Even on weekends! This has taken lots of stress off of our shoulders. As well as Marley’s because he hated going to the vets! Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience so far using the mobile service.
